Fee Agreement

Our firm believes it is essential to enter into an understanding of the duties, responsibilities, and expectations of the parties, specifically, but not limited to the fee arrangement, which is fair both to our clients and to this firm. Misunderstandings result in a deterioration of the attorney-client relationship and adversely affect our ability to provide proper service to all of our clients.

Accordingly, we are provide an explanation of our duties, responsibilities, and expectations, including our customary fee arrangements, attached. We welcome any questions or comments regarding the attached so that we can discuss and resolve them prior to any misunderstanding.

By proceeding to request any action to be taken by this firm after having been referred to the attached Fee Agreement, you are accepting all of the terms and conditions set forth herein. No further writing or acknowledgment will be required.
