through 1988. Inuvay developed and sold safety-related equipment,
specifically, for safety at heights. It was also the principal distributor
of forged products for an unrelated US corporation. Inuvay was a sister
corporation to The Rose Group Incorporated. Inuvay had six
employees and sales of One Million Deutschmarks.
